Climbing 3 mountains in Azerbaijan

EN: Before going to Baku, I contacted Abuzar Aghazada, mountain guide from HikeAway.az as I wanted to climb Mount Bazardüzü (4466m), the highest peak in Azerbaijan. We got along pretty well on the phone and I knew he'd be a great guide with my idea of going light and documenting the climb. We met in Baku before I went to the Karabakh roadtrip and we met again in his mountain outdoor shop in Baku to prepare the trip. The national park opens normally on 15 April each year but due to heavy snow, the army opened it on the 1st of May. We took taxi transport to the UNESCO village of Khinalug (Xınalıq). From the village we did an acclimatization summit walking up to Khari-bulbul Peak (2783m). The next morning, we were the first to enter the park with a 4WD driving us further then we walked up to the basecamp where we relaxed, set up the tent and walked a bit higher for the sunset where we could see the 3 highest summits of Azerbaijan in the distance. We woke up early in the morning and we scaled 2 summits nearby:Heydar Aliyev (3751m) and Ataturk (3756m). We rested and had lunch at camp and started our way down back to the village and by late evening a taxi drove us back to Baku. I hope to return one day to climb Bazardüzü. For sure it will be later in the season to avoid too much snow.

FR: Avant de partir pour Bakou, j'ai contacté Abuzar Aghazada, guide de montagne chez HikeAway.az, car je souhaitais gravir le mont Bazardüzü (4466m), le plus haut sommet d'Azerbaïdjan. Nous nous sommes bien entendus au téléphone et j'ai compris qu'il serait un excellent guide pour mon projet d'alpinisme léger et documenté. Nous nous sommes rencontrés à Bakou avant que je parte pour mon roadtrip au Karabakh, puis nous nous sommes revus dans son magasin de matériel outdoor et de montagne à Bakou pour préparer le voyage. Le parc national ouvre normalement le 15 avril chaque année, mais en raison des fortes chutes de neige, l'armée l'a ouvert le 1er mai. Nous avons pris un taxi pour nous rendre au village de Khinalug (Xınalıq), classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Depuis le village, nous avons fait une ascension d'acclimatation jusqu'au pic Khari-bulbul (2783m). Le lendemain matin, nous avons été les premiers à entrer dans le parc avec un 4x4 qui nous a conduits plus loin, puis nous avons marché jusqu'au camp de base où nous nous sommes reposés, avons monté la tente et sommes montés un peu plus haut pour admirer le coucher de soleil, d'où nous pouvions voir les trois plus hauts sommets d'Azerbaïdjan au loin. Nous nous sommes réveillés tôt le matin et avons gravi deux sommets à proximité : Heydar Aliyev (3751m) et Ataturk (3756m). Nous nous sommes reposés et avons déjeuné au camp, puis nous avons entamé notre descente vers le village. En fin de soirée, un taxi nous a ramenés à Bakou. J'espère revenir un jour pour escalader le Bazardüzü. Ce sera certainement plus tard dans la saison, afin d'éviter trop de neige.

Roadtrip in Karabakh Azerbaijan

EN: Why did I go to Azerbaijan this April in fact ? I was invited by the founder of a travel website who invited 30 travellers from around the world to this unique trip to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. As you know this region was in conflict with Armenia. 

UPDATE 20/12/2025: The situation between the 2 countries got better since a peace agreement in August 2025 in Washington. This post is about a visit of the region, not about the politics, the conflict and the ongoing peace efforts. Please check the news or wikipedia to understand the complexity ot those matters.

We gathered on the 23/04/2025 in a hotel in Baku to meet, to have some insights and safety precautions during the trip (in:short listen to the guides, do not walk around like in any country, the land can be mined). The trip was a convoy of around 15 cars and police vehicles and at some times an extra army vehicle. We spent a lot driving with short stops, sometimes welcomed by city officials and the media. The landscapes were fantastic and we clearly understood that outside Baku, the country is less developed and we all hope peace wil help this country to develop better as it has fantastic tourism (culture+nature) opportunities. Here was out journey. The stops are marked in pink on the map.

Day1 (24/04/2025): We left Baku very early to drive a long way towards the Karabakh region. Visits: Fuzuli airport, Fuzuli (city destroyed and being rebuilt and repopulated), Shasha city (Şuşa): (Shusha City Square, Shusha Castle Park, the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque, the Jidir Duzu (Cıdır düzü) canyon), Stepanakert "capital" city or Khankendi (Xankəndi) "capital" city: Karabakh Univercity (Qarabağ Dövlət Universiteti), Aghdam city: Imarat Complex (İmarət Kompleksi) and hotel stay at Arena Hotel in Goranboy.

Day2 (25/04/2025): Goranboy, a stop at the Tartar river (junction R29 and Chumen-Havsatagh-Zuar Route), mountain City of Kalbajar (Kəlbəcər), Zulfugarli (Zülfüqarlı) to the Zuar Hot Springs, village of Bachlibel (Başlıbel), Lachin. A lot of driving was done on that day where we saw mainly all the new infrastructure being build including the moment where we drove on the airstrip of the Lachin airport. We slept in Lachin on a parking in modern tiny houses on trailers.

Day3 (26/04/2025): We had our breakfast in Lachin, walked a bit around and visited a cementary. Then we started our way back towards Baku. Underway we stopped near a railway, about 3 km from the border with Iran to see how an azerbaijani military officer is detecting and removing a mine. Operations to remove mines are dangerous and very costly because it takes time to find the mines, take them out of the ground and then neutralize them.

J'ai été invité par le fondateur d'un site web de voyage qui a convié 30 voyageurs du monde entier à participer à ce voyage unique dans la région du Karabakh, en Azerbaïdjan. Comme vous le savez, cette région était en conflit avec l'Arménie.

Nous nous sommes réunis le 23/04/2025 dans un hôtel à Bakou pour faire connaissance, obtenir des informations et prendre des précautions de sécurité pendant le voyage (en bref : écouter les guides, ne pas se promener comme dans n'importe quel autre pays, le terrain peut être miné). Le voyage s'est déroulé en convoi d'environ 15 voitures et véhicules de police, parfois accompagnés d'un véhicule militaire supplémentaire. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à rouler avec de courts arrêts, parfois accueillis par les autorités municipales et les médias. Les paysages étaient fantastiques et nous avons clairement compris qu'en dehors de Bakou, l'arrière-pays est moins développé et nous espérons tous que la paix aidera ce pays à mieux se développer car il offre de fantastiques opportunités touristiques (culture + nature). Jour 1 (24/04/2025): Nous avons quitté Bakou très tôt pour parcourir un long trajet en direction de la région du Karabakh. Visites : aéroport de Fuzuli, Fuzuli (ville détruite, en cours de reconstruction et de repeuplement), ville de Shasha (Şuşa) : (place de la ville de Shusha, parc du château de Shusha, mosquée Yukhari Govhar Agha, canyon Jidir Duzu (Cıdır düzü)), ville « capitale » de Stepanakert ou ville « capitale » de Khankendi (Xankəndi) : Université du Karabakh (Qarabağ Dövlət Universiteti), ville d'Aghdam : Complexe Imarat (İmarət Kompleksi) et séjour à l'hôtel Arena à Goranboy.

Jour 2 (25/04/2025): Goranboy, arrêt à la rivière Tartar (jonction R29 et route Chumen-Havsatagh-Zuar), ville montagneuse de Kalbajar (Kəlbəcər), Zulfugarli (Zülfüqarlı) jusqu'aux sources chaudes de Zuar, village de Bachlibel (Başlıbel), Lachin. Nous avons beaucoup roulé ce jour-là et avons principalement vu toutes les nouvelles infrastructures en cours de construction, notamment lorsque nous avons emprunté la piste d'atterrissage de l'aéroport de Lachin. Nous avons dormi à Lachin dans un parking, dans de petites maisons modernes installées sur des remorques.

Jour 3 (26/04/2025): Nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner à Lachin, nous nous sommes promenés un peu dans les environs et avons visité un cimetière. Puis nous avons pris le chemin du retour vers Bakou. En chemin, nous nous sommes arrêtés près d'une voie ferrée, à environ 3 km de la frontière avec l'Iran, pour voir comment un officier militaire azerbaïdjanais détecte et enlève une mine. Les opérations de déminage sont dangereuses et très coûteuses, car il faut du temps pour trouver les mines, les extraire du sol et les neutraliser.

Visit Baku and area in Azerbaijan

 

EN: I visited Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan and south of the capital I did a daytrip to the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape. Totally I'm 2 weeks in Azerbaijan. First a roadtrip to Karabakh and I will end with a trip to the mountains in the Caucasus.

FR: J'ai visité Bakou, la capitale de l'Azerbaïdjan, et au sud de la capitale, j'ai fait une excursion d'une journée au site culturel de Gobustan Rock Art. Au total, je passe deux semaines en Azerbaïdjan. Je commence par un road trip au Karabagh et je terminerai par un voyage dans les montagnes du Caucase.

Testing Ryanair cabin bag dimensions sizer

 

EN: I went to Brussels airport to test the Ryan Air bag sizer. So as you know it is free to have 1 small bag in the plane (no weight mentioned) and you have to pay for a bigger cabin bag, backpack or suitcase. And of course you pay even more for a checked in luggage.

What are the sizes allowed (March 2025) ? 

FREE Small bag under the seat:

• RyanAir:  40*25*20 - no weight mentioned but let's say max 10kg
• Wizzair : 40*30*20 - max 10kg
• EasyJet : 45*36*20  - max 15 kg (including any handles and wheels)

And what do I read on the bag policy corporate page of Ryan Air ? The sizer is supposed to be 42*20*30 cm (25 L) (For Wizzair bag allowance policy) and EasyJet.

But I went to measure the internal dimensions myself and as you can see with the photos, I have 40*30*21cm. So I don't know if they made a typo (purpose or accident?) but it is what I measure. I comes also to around 25L volume.

On the photo, my RAB Adrift 24 backpack is around 48*30*18cm and because it is soft, I could put it inside the blue sizer but of course the top part was bent to measure 40cm and not 48cm. For sure have a soft backpack and dont fill it to more than 20/25 litres.

PS: I went to decathlon to check several options of bags but in the store I was the choice was limited and all I measured were smaller bags. For a serie of bags they have a indication if the bag is fit for cabin travel. But I'm 100% sure this is misleading as it's for normal cabin bags so that is the bags that are big and you must pay for if traveling with Ryan Air.

My conclusion:

• Yes it's possible to carry for FREE with RyanAir and Wizzair more than 20L volume. I'd recommend to be below 25 L volume
• have a soft bag/backpack that for sure would fit in the blue sizer andwill be soft so it can fit in.
• Keep at max those dimensions: 40*30*20.

PS: I'm not sponsored by RAB / Ryan Air. I just wanted to verify myself.

PS: Brussels Zaventem Airport has a 10m FREE Drop Off/Pick Up zone. The scan the numberplate at entry and I guess if above 10 min and you want to get out, you'll have to pay. I managed to leave my car alone, run like very fast to the terminal, ask around where was Ryanair, measure and come back in exactly 9 minutes. It just means that if e.g. you need to give or get something from someone at the ariport and you are driving alone, it is possible but you better be sure to find the person fast.

FR : Je me suis rendu à l'aéroport de Bruxelles pour tester le « bag sizer » de Ryan Air. Comme vous le savez, il est gratuit d'avoir un petit sac dans l'avion (sans mention de poids) et vous devez payer pour un plus grand sac de cabine, un sac à dos ou une valise. Et bien sûr, vous payez encore plus pour un bagage enregistré.

Quelles sont les tailles autorisées (mars 2025) ? 

GRATUIT Petit sac sous le siège :

• RyanAir : 40*25*20 - pas de poids mentionné mais disons 10kg max.
• Wizzair : 40*30*20 - max 10kg
• EasyJet : 45*36*20  - max 15 kg (roues et poignées incluses)

Et qu'est-ce que je lis sur la page d'entreprise de la politique des bagages de Ryan Air ? Le sizer est censé faire 42*20*30 cm (25 L) (pour la politique de bagage de Wizzair). et EasyJet.

Mais je suis allé mesurer les dimensions internes moi-même et comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, j'ai 40*30*21cm. Donc je ne sais pas s'ils ont fait une erreur (intentionnelle ou accidentelle ?) mais c'est ce que j'ai mesuré. J'arrive aussi à un volume d'environ 25L.

Sur la photo, mon sac à dos RAB Adrift 24 mesure environ 48*30*18cm et comme il est souple, j'ai pu le mettre dans le sizer bleu mais bien sûr la partie supérieure a été pliée pour mesurer 40cm et non 48cm. Il est certain qu'il faut avoir un sac à dos souple et ne pas le remplir à plus de 20/25 litres.

PS : Je suis allé chez Decathlon pour vérifier plusieurs options de sacs mais dans le magasin où j'étais le choix était limité et tout ce que j'ai mesuré était des sacs plus petits. Pour une série de sacs, il y a une indication si le sac est adapté au voyage en cabine. Mais je suis sûr à 100% que cette indication est trompeuse car elle concerne les sacs de cabine normaux, c'est-à-dire les sacs qui sont grands et que vous devez payer si vous voyagez avec Ryan Air.

Ma conclusion :

• Oui, il est possible de transporter GRATUITEMENT plus de 20 litres avec RyanAir et Wizzair. Je recommanderais de ne pas dépasser 25 L de volume
• d'avoir un sac à dos souple qui rentre à coup sûr dans le blue sizer et qui soit souple pour pouvoir y entrer.
• Gardez au maximum ces dimensions : 40*30*20.

PS : Je ne suis pas sponsorisé par RAB / Ryan Air. Je voulais juste m'en assurer.

PS : L'aéroport de Bruxelles-Zaventem dispose d'une zone de dépose/prise en charge GRATUITE de 10 m. La plaque d'immatriculation est scannée à l'entrée. Ils scannent la plaque d'immatriculation à l'entrée et je suppose que si vous dépassez les 10 minutes et que vous voulez sortir, vous devrez payer. J'ai réussi à laisser ma voiture, à courir très vite jusqu'au terminal, à demander où était Ryanair, à mesurer et à revenir en exactement 9 minutes. Cela signifie simplement que si, par exemple, vous avez besoin de donner ou d'obtenir quelque chose de quelqu'un à l'aéroport et que vous conduisez seul, c'est possible mais vous devez être sûr de trouver la personne rapidement.

Sunrise in America Mercedes Ulisse truck across America

 

EN: I drove in the North of France near Lille to visit Alessandro and Lucie. Two friends I met earlier this year in Nice. They told me they were building (especially Lucie, who is an architect) a tiny house on top of an ancien Mercedes 911 Fire Truck. Their plan is to travel from Halifax to Ushuaia in one year to one year and a half or so with their 2 daughters. FR: J'ai roulé vers le nord de la France, près de Lille, pour rendre visite à Alessandro et Lucie. Deux amis que j'ai rencontrés plus tôt cette année à Nice. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils construisaient (surtout Lucie, qui est architecte) une petite maison sur un ancien camion de pompiers Mercedes 911. Inside a Triton submersible

   

EN: In Monaco, during the Ocean Week, I had the chance to go inside a Triton submarine. Perhaps one day i can do a dive. After all, scuba diving and the underwater world was my first passion before exploring and expeditions.

FR: À Monaco, lors de la Semaine de l'océan, j'ai eu la chance de pénétrer à l'intérieur d'un sous-marin Triton. Peut-être qu'un jour je pourrai faire une plongée. Après tout, la plongée sous-marine et le monde sous-marin ont été ma première passion avant l'exploration et les expéditions.

 

Climbing Pico Mountain the highest of Portugal

 

 

EN: When I was searching on what to do in the Azores, I found the highest summit of Portugal, Pico Mountain, is actually located on one of the islands. I could not resist the climb and it's even possible to book for a late afternoon climb in order to sleep in the crater and spend a night near the summit. After a cancelled day due to extreme bad weather I saw a weather window and trekked light and fast to enjoy the sunset on the summit. For the occasion I changed to a bleu suit to make great improbable shots. The experience was great as the light condition improved. It didn't rain after 5 pm, the night was dry and I climbed a second time the next day for the sunrise and I was back in town before midday. If you are fit and have caming gear, it's easy to go just by yourself and you don't need a tour guide. Beware it is a mountain with changing weather and fast winds in the middle of the Atlantic. Be prepared. Have enough water and enough for the entire return trip. Always look where to put your feet as any fall can make you injured easily.

FR : En cherchant quoi faire aux Açores, j'ai découvert que le plus haut sommet du Portugal, le mont Pico, se trouve sur l'une des îles. Il est même possible de réserver une ascension en fin d'après-midi afin de dormir dans le cratère et de passer une nuit près du sommet. Après une journée annulée à cause du mauvais temps, j'ai vu une fenêtre météo et j'ai fait un trekking léger et rapide pour profiter du coucher de soleil au sommet. Pour l'occasion, j'ai enfilé un costume bleu afin de réaliser des prises de vue improbables. L'expérience a été formidable car les conditions de luminosité se sont améliorées. Il n'a pas plu après 17 heures, la nuit a été sèche et j'ai grimpé une deuxième fois le lendemain pour le lever du soleil et j'étais de retour en ville avant midi. Si vous êtes en forme et que vous avez du matériel de camping, il est facile d'y aller seul et vous n'avez pas besoin d'un guide. Attention, il s'agit d'une montagne au climat changeant et aux vents rapides au milieu de l'Atlantique. Préparez-vous. Prévoyez suffisamment d'eau pour le voyage aller-retour. Regardez toujours où vous mettez les pieds, car toute chute peut vous blesser facilement.

Visiting the Azores Islands Peter Cafe Bar

EN: Two weeks in the Azores to do many things. Visiting some museum like the Maritime Museum (on Faial Island) to gather information about the expeditions (especially the first Atlantic crossing by airplane), the renowed local Peter Cafe Sport Bar-Restaurant. I'm mainly there for the GLEX Summit, training by doing as many hikes as possible and also climb Pico Mountain. A very full program.
Oh and on a boat between 2 islands, I saw a train of Starlink satellites (12 June 2023 Launch, 52 satellites). I had no idea this existed, another passenger told me what it was.

FR : Deux semaines aux Açores pour faire beaucoup de choses. Visiter quelques musées comme le musée maritime (sur l'île de Faial) pour recueillir des informations sur les expéditions (en particulier la première traversée de l'Atlantique en avion), le célèbre bar-restaurant local Peter Cafe Sport. Je suis surtout là pour le GLEX Summit, pour m'entraîner en faisant le plus de randonnées possibles et aussi pour escalader le Pico Mountain. Un programme très chargé.

Oh et sur un bateau entre 2 îles, j'ai vu un train de satellites Starlink (lancement le 12 juin 2023, 52 satellites). Je ne savais pas que cela existait, c'est un autre passager qui m'a expliqué ce que c'était.

TMB and GR70 Stevenson unsupported

 

ENG: This August I took 3 weeks to go to Lyon to film an interview for the film about the HRP Pyrenees (2020 expedition) and then I did 2 unsupported training hikes: the TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc) in 5 days and a speed record (first FKT entry) of the GR70 Stevenson. For this one I had to prepare and visualize (remember) where to find water as with no rain, most creeks and even major rivers were dry in France. Some fountains had no water and on the TMB on the late evening of day 2, the hut had no water.

Between those 2 hikes I was unfortunately hit with another Trench foot disease. On the TMB, the soil was so dry that it was dust that entered my socks and I had an unseen blister on the front of the leg that popped out and got infected. I went resting to a friend's place for a few days, then drove to Le Puy-en-Velay to start the speed record. All went well, I wanted to run a lot but I was in pain and when I was lightweight, (no tent, no sleeping bag, not even a pullover, just a foam mat and a reusable survival blanket sarcophagus) the terrain got harder and not safe, especially the last 5 hours in the dark to reach Alès, where I even crossed the path of several wild boars. I only saw 1 and it was on my path 10m from me and itwas not moving because of my headlight in its face. I turned it off and started singing loud hoping it would run away and not towards me. The song was bad enough so it left.

I started to share more on social media, especially Instagram.

FRA : Ce mois d'août, j'ai pris 3 semaines pour aller à Lyon afin de tourner une interview pour le film sur la HRP Pyrénées (expédition 2020) et ensuite j'ai fait 2 randonnées d'entraînement en autonomie : le TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc) en 5 jours et un record de vitesse (première entrée FKT) du GR70 Stevenson. Pour cette dernière, j'ai dû préparer et visualiser (me souvenir) d'où trouver de l'eau, car sans pluie, la plupart des ruisseaux et même les certaines rivières étaient à sec en France. Certaines fontaines n'avaient pas d'eau et sur le TMB en fin de soirée du jour 2, un refuge n'avait pas d'eau.

Entre ces 2 randonnées, j'ai malheureusement été frappé par une rechute de la maladie du pied des tranchées. Sur le TMB, le sol était si sec que c'était de la poussière qui entrait dans mes chaussettes et j'ai eu une ampoule invisible sur le devant de la jambe qui a percé et s'est infectée. Je suis allé me reposer chez un ami pendant quelques jours, puis j'ai conduit jusqu'au Puy-en-Velay pour commencer le record de vitesse. Tout s'est bien passé, je voulais courir beaucoup mais j'avais mal et quand j'étais léger (pas de tente, pas de sac de couchage, même pas un pull, juste un tapis en mousse et une couverture de survie réutilisable en forme de sarcophage) le terrain est devenu plus difficile et pas sûr, surtout les 5 dernières heures dans le noir pour atteindre Alès, où j'ai même croisé la route de plusieurs sangliers. Je n'en ai vu qu'un seul et il était sur mon chemin à 10m de moi et il ne bougeait pas à cause de ma lampe frontale dans son visage. Je l'ai éteinte et j'ai commencé à chanter fort en espérant qu'il s'enfuirait et ne viendrait pas vers moi. Le chant était assez mauvais et il est parti.

J'ai commencé à partager plus sur les résaux sociaux, notamment sur Instagram..

Explorers Club Annual Dinner - ECAD2017

EN: For the first time since I'm a Fellow of the Explorers Club, I went to the 113th ECAD -Explorers Club Annual Dinner- in New York on Ellis Island. I met with very interesting explorers and ate unusual cooked meals done by the chef.

Among others, I met briefly with Ran Fiennes or Captain Paul Watson.

Met people who inspire me like Sylvia Earle or Don Walsh. Also happy to re-connect with Bertrand Piccard.

FR: J'ai assiste à mon premier ECAD, le gala annuel du club des Explorateurs à New York sur l'île de Ellis. J'ai recontré pas mal d'explorateurs intéressants et mangé des plats inhabituels préparés par un chef.

Parmi plein d'autres, j'ai pu rencontrer brièvement Ran Fiennes ou le capitaine Paul Watson.

Et aussi des personnes qui m'inspirent beaucoup comme Don Walsh ou Sylvia Earle et aussi Bertrand Piccard.

Rock and Road Trip Norway

EN: I visited Southern Norway for and I did a 4 day road trip with an Aussie to visit 4 natural attractions. The most impressive is of course the hanging boulder "Kjerag" and when we got there it was pouring rain with mist and heavy wind. On the rock itself it was almost a reverse shower. On our way back to the car, the weather turned better and we went again for a far better experience.

FR: J'ai fait un tour en voiture de 4 jours avec un Australien dans le Sud de la Norvège. Nous avons visité 4 points incontournables dont le fameux rocher Kjerag bloqué entre 2 falaises. A cet endroit il y avait un temps exécrable: pluie, brouillard et vent. Au retour, le soleil montrait son nez et nous y sommes retournés pour une plus belle expérience.

Oslo Museums Fram and Kon-Tiki

EN: Visiting museums in Oslo, I passed in the avenue Fridtjof Nansens but of course the FRAM boat and the Kon-Tiki museum showing the expeditions of legend Thor Heyerdahl.

FR: J'ai visité Oslo et ses musées surtout le FRAM et leKon-toki de Thor Heyerdahl. Je me suis même retrouvé dans l'avenue Fridtjof Nansens.

3 peaks challenge and Scotland

EN: During 6 days, I went in the UK on a road trip including a challenge and some visits. I did the 3 peak challenge (highest peaks of Wales, England and Scotland) in less than 30 hours including 5h30 of sleep and 30 minutes getting lost in Glasgow by always taking the wrong exit. I did Mount Snowden, Scafell peak and finished by Ben Nevis. The next day I drove around the Island of Skye and the day after I went to the 2 different most Northern part of the main UK island. I visited also: Stonehenge, TitiKayak's sponsor Powertraveller, the city of Bath, had a drink with Explorers Connect founder Belinda Kirk in Bristol, Morgan Motor cars and Cambridge.

FR: Pendant 6 jours, j'ai roulé au Royaume-Uni incluant un challenge et des visites. J'ai fait le 3-peak challenge (plus haut sommets du Pays de Galles, Angleterre et Ecosse) en moins de 30 heures incluant 5h30 de sommeil et 30 minutes perdu du côté de Glasgow car je prenais toujour la mauvaise sortie. J'ai donc fait le Mont Snowden, Scafell Peak et terminé par Ben Nevis. Le jour suivant j'ai roulé autour de l'île de Skye et le jour d'après j'ai été aux 2 points les plus au Nord de la Grande Bretagne "continentale". J'ai également visité Stonehenge, Powertraveller (un sponsor de TitiKayak), la ville de Bath, bu un pot avec la fondatrice de Explorers Connect Belinda Kirk à Bristol, l'usine Morgan et Cambridge.
